We price it while you wait

An agent searches live airline inventory and reads you the options — the fare, the routing, the baggage allowance and what the ticket allows you to change later.

Step 03

You decide

If you want it, we take payment securely over the phone through the airline or our payment provider and email your confirmation. If not, nothing happens.

We will never ask for card details by email or text, and we do not collect card or passport details anywhere on this website. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for those, it is not us — please call the number above and tell us.

Can I book on this website?
No. This site does not sell tickets and takes no payment. It exists to explain what we do and to put you in touch with an agent. All quoting and booking happens on the phone.
Why don't you show prices?
Because air fares change constantly and depend on your exact dates, route and traveller count. Any price we published here would be out of date or wrong for your trip. We would rather quote you a number that is actually available than advertise one that isn't.
How do you charge?
The airline's fare, plus taxes, plus our service fee. The agent tells you all three separately before you decide, so you know exactly what our part costs.
How do I pay?
Securely over the phone, through the airline or our payment provider, once you have agreed the price. We never take card details by email, text or through this website.
Can I change or cancel a ticket you booked?
That depends on the fare rules of the ticket you bought, which the agent explains before you buy. Call us with your booking reference and we will tell you what your options are and what they cost. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Are you an airline?
No. TraveloEasy is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any airline. Your flight is operated by the airline, under its own conditions of carriage.
