What we do
We price trips by hand, over the phone
Plenty of websites will sell you a ticket in four clicks. That works fine for a simple return flight on a popular route. It works much less well for a multi-city trip, an awkward connection, a group travelling together, or a journey where moving a date by a day changes the price substantially.
That is the work we do. You tell an agent what you are trying to achieve, and they build and price the options with you on the call — including the ones an automated search will not assemble on its own.
We are an independent agency. We are not owned by an airline, and no airline pays us to steer you towards them.
How we work
- We quote against live airline pricing at the time of your call
- We state the fare, the taxes and our service fee separately
- We read you the fare rules — changes, refunds and baggage — before you commit
- We take payment only once you have agreed the price
- We put nothing on your card without telling you the amount first
